  1. Client Meeting:
    • Meet with Client to define success overall and establish the Client’s expected outcomes based on objectives. Ensure there is a positive fit between the assigned Coach and the individual Client who is to be provided coaching. Provide an overview of the coaching program.
  2. Background Preparation by Coach:
    • Provision of Leadership, Competency, Psychometric and/or Behavioral Assessments as required.
