Executive Coaching
- Client Meeting:
- Meet with Client to define success overall and establish the Client’s expected outcomes based on objectives. Ensure there is a positive fit between the assigned Coach and the individual Client who is to be provided coaching. Provide an overview of the coaching program.
- Background Preparation by Coach:
- Provision of Leadership, Competency, Psychometric and/or Behavioral Assessments as required.
